one orange and three oranges makes four oranges, right?


so 1c and 3c = 4c





c+3c=32


4c = 32


.. now if we divide both sides by 4 we get


4c/4 = 32/4


.. now we can cross out and we are left with


c = 8





ANS: c = 8
