How can I talk to him or get in contact with him? I think he likes me and I really like him, but we haven't talked in a few months now. I have seen him twice at school since then. Help!

If you know his name you can ask about him at the office to get in touch with him. You could always look him up in the phone book or just ask around to find out where you can talk to him
