Problems with Math Teacher?

Switched from regular math to Advanced this year and I have a C avergae which is bad for me. I have failed the last 3 math tests this marking prd. My teacher just gave me a 0 on one and I have to have a meeting w her bout it tomorow. I dont know what to do because I get the material, but with tests I just always bomb out... MY teacher and I dont have great history too, so Im kinda nervous and really upset. Any thoughts or opinions??

This seems to happen comononly where people can do something when they are being tought but when it comes to getting tested they don't pass. Maybe you should move back down to regualar math, it mightent be as chalenging but at least you'd pass. :]

Reply:have a personal discussion with your teacher - outside class - any other place - tutions or tutor in your home for teaching you maths
Reply:Are your parents involved? If you and your teacher don't get along especially, you might want to get your parents involved.





Do the class work and home work prepare you well for success on the tests? Or is it like the tests are in a different language compared to the class and home work? Maybe your teacher just is not teaching what is needed for success on the tests. How is the rest of the class doing, in general?





Ask to be switched to a different level or a different teacher. But your parents will have to be involved if that stands a chance of happening.

Reply:i dont really kno an answer but i also have a bad historyy with my teacherr...she saiid that if we gave her chocolate for christmas she would give us extra points on the test and she always findss me talking meanwhile 5 other people are too
