I can get out of having to take a math class in college if I had a C in high school geometry, and I had a C-.
Will that be enough?
Does a C- in high school equal a C in college?
Why would a C- in a high school course possible equal a C in college? College can't be easier than high school.
I highly doubt you'll be excused from taking it, unless you bring it up.
Reply:A C- is a below average grade-
In college they do grade on a 3-5% higher score than in high school. I would not be suprised if you have to take the college class, because it doesn't look like you have a great handle on the basics of geometry.
Reply:an A in highschool is like a low A in college a C- in highschool is like a D in college because they go on a different GPA scoring highschool goes on a basic 3.0 GPA you might get over a 3.0 GPA but its what you earned divided by the possible then blah blah etc etc anyway no you would most likely have to take the class in college,
Reply:College usually expects more out of its students than high school does. The college professor may require that you show all of your work a certain way. Most of the time grading in college is a lot tougher.
Reply:A C- is less than a C./ It probably will not be accepted. You should ask the college directly for the most accurate answer.
